Valenke — Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any subscription purchase, whether monthly or annual, for any reason.

Why we have this policy

The Service is a digital service. Upon subscription, you receive immediate access to all content and features. Because there is no physical product that can be returned, and because digital content access cannot be meaningfully "returned" once used, all purchases are final.

Before you subscribe

We offer a free tier that gives you access to a meaningful sample of the Service. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before purchasing a paid subscription.

The one exception

If the Service experiences a service outage lasting more than 72 continuous hours due to our infrastructure failure, subscribers may request a pro-rated account credit for the affected period by contacting us at support@valenke.com within 30 days of the outage. This credit applies to future subscription renewals only and is not redeemable as cash.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.

Fraudulent chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without a valid basis may result in permanent suspension of your account and any accounts associated with your payment method.
